If On-line Marketing Is Not Working For You, Try Free LinkedIn Postin

In 1982, my firm, Anderson & Anderson, APC ran a full -page ad in The Los Angeles Magazine. This ad cost Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000. From this ad, we received three calls. One call was from a patient suffering from Schizophrenia without insurance or resources to pay for treatment. The second call was from a Psychologist complimenting us on the ad and the third call was from the President of The California State Psychological Association.  Several years ago, we paid considerable less on three months of Google ads that were equally as successful.
Paid marketing has not worked for us. 

In contrast, blogging, frequent posting on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media sites has provided us with a substantial income stream for all of our niches. Our niches include Emotional Intelligence Coaching for “disruptive physicians, Anger Management Facilitator Certification, EQ-i-2.0 Assessments as well as Batterer’s Intervention training, and client workbooks. In addition, we receive daily income from the sale of our client workbooks, Videos and training material.

If your current marketing strategies are not working, consider developing expertise in your niche that is wanted or needed by clients who have the ability to pay. Going with your passion may  work best with hobbies as opposed to business niches.
