Mandated courses are now offered virtual nationwide.

Here are some of the strategies that tend to improve the facilitator's effectiveness:

1). Make certain that all of the material needed is contained in the client workbook.
2). Insist that each participant use his or her workbook for each session.
3). Set a positive tone.
4). Move the group discussion forward by keeping the focus on the lesson of the day.
5). Try to involve everyone in the discussion.
6). Modewl active listening and assertive communication.
7). Carry over the content of the sessions by requesting a summary of each meeting and asking for a review of the previous session when starting the next group.

Multiple Income Streams have served me well during the Pandemic.

Prior to the pandemic, my firm provided live Emotional Intelligence Coaching for "disruptive physicians" as well as bunout and leadership. We quickly moved this intervention to Zoom, Skype or phone coaching.

Live training must be virtual and books are need more now than ever. Our seven client worbooks are best sellers.
