Presenting "disruptive behavior" in the workplace

Preventing “disruptive behavior” in the workplace is far more effective and less expansive than Anger Management

“Disruptive behavior” can best be defined as behavior that is perceived by others as abusive, bullying, aggressive, demeaning, argumentative or inhibits positive interpersonal interactions or team cohesiveness. Generally, it is the HR Managers or Organizational Psychologists who are in the best position to determine the behaviors that negatively impact group or organizational success.

On-line Anger Management Programs are available for use by Managers, Supervisors or Human Resource Managers to assist at risk employees. Workplace violence can be prevented and emotional intelligence can be introduced by implementing Train The Trainer Courses for Emotional Intelligence for Impulse control/disruptive behavior.
