It is a lot easier to market to corporate clients as opposed to individuals

My major income source comes from providing Emotional Intelligence Assessments and Coaching for "disruptive physicians" as well as leadership.

I have never used any type of advertising nor have I used marketing consultants. All of my referrals since 2008 come from administrators who are physician leaders with the responsibility to seek assistance from physicians who need the services that we provide.

In contrast, it is far more difficult to attempt to market to individual physicians. Mandated coaching or classes are routinely resisted by upscale clients especially physicians.
