The Use of Emotional Intelligence Can Be Effective In Dealing With Stress


 Ten Years Of Coaching “disruptive physicians” and physician leadership has revealed a significant relationship between stress and disruptive behavior.

One of the goals of Emotional Intelligence is to increase self-awareness to recognize to recognize negative feelings and respond to prevent escalation. The use of self-awareness in connection with self-control can reduce our vulnerability to other mental health issues, like stress, anxiety, and depression.
