• Anderson & Andeson will send an e-mail invitation to you client inviting him or her to access the exam on-line. This can be done at anytime. The exam will take 30 minutes or less. Shortly after the exam is completed the results will be provided to the client.
• Anderson & Anderson will provide the Coach with the Client Report as well as the Coach Report. The Coach report will detail how you can gain additional information or to debrief the client on the meaning of the assessment. In addition, suggestions are provided in the Coaching report relative to articulating a plan of action for skill enhancement in emotional intelligence.
