Texas based Homeland Crises Institute claims to Certify Providers in the Anderson & Anderson Anger Management the Anderson & Anderson Model. Today, we reported this fraud to Texas State Attorneys’ Office as well as the National Association of Social Workers, Texas Chapter and the Board of Social Work Examiners as well as the Board of Licensed Professional Examines.

Dear Director of Training,
It has come to my attention that Homeland Crisis Institute is making fraudulent claims of being authorized to offer Anger Management Facilitator Certification in the Anderson & Anderson Anger Management Curriculum for Adults and Adolescent. Homeland Crisis Institute has infringed our copy write by lifting the description of our training and pasting this information on your website.

This WEB SITE IS FOR CFMI MEMBERS ONLY!. Homeland Crisis Institute is the only official crisis training Institute for the members of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries. Homeland Crisis Institute is an official continuing education provider for the following. The Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners, The Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists . Nonmembers need not request these course, they are for CFMI members only!
Homeland Crisis Institute and Chaplain Fellowship Ministries uses the Anderson & Anderson anger management model for training our members in Anger Management Skills Training. The Anderson & Anderson anger management model has been overwhelmingly successful in illuminating how and why anger can control our lives and ways in which to reduce and redirect stress and tension that results in overtly aggressive behaviors. This course comes with the following training materials, also included are example forms for court ordered anger management.
1. ADULT WORKBOOK -GAINING CINTROL OF OURSELVES: Gaining control of ourselves is a complete guide that focuses on the causes of anger and provides alternatives to violent outbursts and abusive behavior through educational lessons that challenge old and inappropriate ways of expressing anger. The lessons in this workbook enable readers to understand the signs and signals that lead them to anger and supplies usable techniques to dissipate that anger before it gets out of control. This workbook can be used for helping professionals that seek to assist their clients in managing their levels of anger and stress.
2. ADOLESCENT WORKBOOK: The adolescent workbook in anger management can be used by individuals for self-help, as the basis for psycho-educational anger management groups, or as a tool in individual therapy. This book uses graphics and “teen language” to help adolescents identify with the material. Strongly anchored in anger management basics, it helps group facilitators stay focused on practical solutions for dealing with anger and avoiding detours. It presents fundamental information about managing anger and stress, developing emotional intelligence, and communicating more effectively. As a workbook, it contains a variety of inventories, exercises, reviews, and logs to help individuals develop alternatives to aggressive behavior. Originally developed for court mandated participants, this workbook enable readers to understand the signs and signals that lead them to anger. It supplies useful techniques to dissipate that anger before it gets out of control.
3. FACILITATOR GUIDE: This facilitators’ guide to the successful Anderson & Anderson anger management courses contains sample lesson plans, marketing information, and an extensive discussion of group dynamics and facilitation. It is designed for use with the controlling ourselves adolescent workbook and the gaining control of ourselves adult workbook.

We demand that any mention of Anderson & Anderson, our training or text lifted from our website be removed from you advertising and website within two weeks or we will precede with legal action.
